The Wrong Instrument · A free online training

Your bloodwork says you’re fine.
Your 3:07am says otherwise.

For women in perimenopause and menopause who have seen the doctors, had the labs run, taken the pill—and still wake up exhausted.

You’ve done the responsible things

The numbers improved. You didn’t feel better.

The tests. The specialist referral. The prescription. And then the follow-up where you were told your numbers looked fine.

01

The nights you know too well.

It’s 3:07 again. You’re awake, counting the hours until a day that still needs you.

02

The story you keep retelling.

One doctor heard about sleep. Another saw your thyroid panel. You became the person carrying the whole file.

03

The question that turned inward.

After everything you’ve tried, maybe you’ve wondered whether you’re the problem. Your experience deserves to be heard.

The question behind the training

A lab result is part of the picture.

Dr. Axe uses a busy-city metaphor to explore a different question: can your cells use what’s circulating in your blood?

The highway

What’s traveling
in your bloodstream?

Blood tests provide useful information about what is circulating, at a particular moment.

The destination

How is your body
using what’s there?

The training explores Dr. Axe’s perspective on delivery and use, alongside your symptoms and history.

A teaching metaphor, not a diagnosis. Persistent symptoms can have many causes and deserve evaluation by your licensed clinician.

Inside the hour

Three ideas. A fuller conversation.

The Wrong Instrument: Why Your Bloodwork Keeps Saying You’re Fine While Your Body Says Otherwise.

01

Look beyond a single number.

The Wrong Instrument

Explore what bloodwork can tell you, what it cannot answer on its own, and the questions your symptoms bring to the conversation.

02

Put self-blame into perspective.

You Are Not the Exception

Understand Dr. Axe’s low-battery teaching metaphor, and why he pays attention to how you feel alongside your lab results.

03

Stop carrying the whole file alone.

One Team, One Sequence

See how his team organizes support through Reset, Repair, Regenerate, and Renew—and what to ask before deciding whether a program fits.

Your teacher

Dr. Josh Axe

Founder, The Health Institute

Dr. Josh Axe is a certified doctor of natural medicine and clinical nutritionist, and founder of The Health Institute and DrAxe.com.

In this hour, he explains his perspective on persistent symptoms, introduces the four-phase sequence his team uses, and leaves room for your next question.

Teaching first. At the end, you’ll hear about the Cellular Health Regenerator and the option to speak with a coach.

What registration includes

One hour that’s yours.

A seat for the live teaching hour, replay access if the evening falls apart, and a different set of questions to bring to your care team.

  1. Phase 01

    Reset

  2. Phase 02

    Repair

  3. Phase 03

    Regenerate

  4. Phase 04

    Renew

You’ll learn how these four phases fit together. Joining the training does not commit you to a program.

Before you join

A few honest answers.

Is this just a sales pitch?

It’s a teaching hour first. Dr. Axe explains the wrong-instrument idea, the low-battery picture, and the handed-off pattern. At the end, he describes his program and how to book a consultation. You’re free to learn and leave.

I’ve already watched free webinars. How is this different?

This hour explores Dr. Axe’s perspective on how the body uses hormones and nutrients, and why he organizes his program in a sequence. His teaching metaphors are not a diagnosis or a test of your cellular function.

Will I be told to stop my medications?

No. Questions about prescriptions stay with the clinician who prescribed them. Do not stop or change medication based on this training.

What if I can’t join live?

The training includes a replay for registrants. The session date has not yet been announced; no replay deadline has been supplied.

Who is this hour for?

Women in perimenopause and menopause who still feel unwell despite normal lab results. You don’t need to have your story perfectly organized, and there is no age cutoff.

What happens after the training?

If you’d like to explore support, you can discuss the Cellular Health Regenerator with a Health Institute coach. The consultation is a conversation about fit, not a diagnosis or a promise of results.
